How agentic-pmm handles your data

1. Who we are

agentic-pmm is an initiative of Bubble Research. Bubble Research B.V. ("we", "us") is the controller of the personal data described in this policy: it decides why and how that data is processed.

We have not appointed a data protection officer. For every question or request about your personal data, email privacy@getbubble.ai.

This policy covers agentic-pmm.ai, the agentic-pmm forms and emails, and Anne's agentic-pmm meeting page. Bubble's own products have their own policy at getbubble.ai/privacy-policy.

2. What we collect

Waitlist form: your email address.
Contributor form: First Name, Last Name, Email, Job Title, LinkedIn URL and your answer to "Where do you shine in PMM?".
With every form submission: HubSpot also records your IP address, the page URL and the time.
Booking a call: when you book a call on Anne's HubSpot meeting page, the details you enter there and the time you book.
Updates choice: whether you ticked the box to get agentic-pmm updates.
Website visits, only if you accept cookies: HubSpot tracking data, such as the pages you view and how you arrived at the site.

3. Why we use it

To run the agentic-pmm waitlist and tell you when doors open.
To send you agentic-pmm launch and community updates, if you ticked the box.
To handle contributor requests and the calls you book.
If you accept cookies: to see how visitors find and use the site.

We never use your data to market Bubble's products. Doing that would need your new consent.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR):

Ticking the updates box is your consent to receive agentic-pmm emails.
Submitting a form is your consent to us processing what you submitted, to handle it.
Clicking Accept in the cookie banner is your consent to HubSpot's tracking cookies.

You can withdraw your consent at any time: through the unsubscribe link in any email, through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or by email to privacy@getbubble.ai. Withdrawing does not affect processing that took place before.

Delivering the pages to your browser and the strictly necessary cookies in section 10 need no consent. They are needed to show you the site, and rest on our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as you stay subscribed to agentic-pmm updates. Within 30 days of an unsubscribe or a deletion request, we delete it. We keep only your email address, on a do-not-email list, so that we never email you again. Contributor contacts are handled the same way.

6. Who processes it for us

These providers process personal data for us, on our instructions:

HubSpot (EU1 data center): the forms, the contact database, our emails, the meeting page, the cookie banner and, if you accept cookies, website tracking. The forms are part of agentic-pmm.ai itself: your browser contacts HubSpot only when you submit one, sending what you entered. On agentic-pmm.ai the HubSpot script that shows the cookie banner also loads on every visit, so HubSpot receives your IP address and standard browser request data; its tracking cookies still need Accept.
Google Cloud (Firebase Hosting): serves the pages of agentic-pmm.ai. To deliver a page, it processes your IP address and standard browser request data.

We disclose personal data to authorities only where the law requires it.

7. Where your data is processed

HubSpot stores agentic-pmm contact data in its EU1 data center in the European Union. The pages of agentic-pmm.ai are served through Firebase Hosting's global network, so your request for a page may be answered by a Google server outside the European Economic Area (EEA), usually one near you.

Any transfer of personal data outside the EEA takes place only with the safeguards the GDPR requires: an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

Access: ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy.
Rectification: have incorrect data corrected.
Erasure: have your personal data deleted.
Restriction: have processing limited while a question about it is resolved.
Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
Portability: receive the data you gave us in a machine-readable format.
Withdraw consent: at any time, as described in section 4.

To use a right, email privacy@getbubble.ai. We will verify your identity and answer within one month.

You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), or to the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.

9. Unsubscribing

Every agentic-pmm email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email privacy@getbubble.ai. Section 5 says what happens to your data after you unsubscribe.

10. Cookies

agentic-pmm.ai shows a cookie banner on your first visit. HubSpot sets no tracking cookies until you click Accept. After Accept, and only on agentic-pmm.ai, HubSpot sets these tracking cookies:

__hstc: HubSpot's main tracking cookie; records your visits.
hubspotutk: recognizes your browser, so a form you submit is linked to your visits.
__hssc: counts the pages you view in one session.
__hssrc: tells whether a visit is a new session.

These cookies are strictly necessary and need no consent:

A HubSpot cookie that remembers your choice in the cookie banner.
__cf_bm: Cloudflare bot protection, which Cloudflare may set on HubSpot's behalf when your browser contacts HubSpot. It helps tell people from bots.

You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. The site loads its fonts from its own server, not from Google Fonts.

11. Changes to this policy

This is version 1.0, dated 2026-11-06. When this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page with a new version number and date.
